E. Miroglio is a modern Bulgarian winery located in the Elhovo region, in the heart of the Thracian Valley vineyard. Founded by the Italian Miroglio family, the winery combines Italian oenological tradition with the excellent potential of Bulgarian terroirs.
The winery’s wines are known for their freshness, elegance and pronounced fruity character.

Terroir

The vineyards are located in the southeastern part of the Thracian Lowland, where the climate is moderately continental with a strong Mediterranean influence.
Warm sunny days and cool nights allow the Muscat Ottonel variety to develop intense aromas and good freshness.

Vinification

The grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness, then subjected to gentle pressing.
Fermentation takes place at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the characteristic aromatic profile of the variety and its freshness.
The wine is not aged in oak, which emphasizes its light and aromatic style.

Color:
Light straw yellow with greenish hues.

Aroma:
Intense and aromatic nose with notes of white flowers, grapes, citrus, peach and fresh fruit nuances.

Taste:
Fresh and harmonious taste with pleasant fruity sweetness, balanced acidity and an elegant aromatic finish.
