Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the IGP Pays d’Oc area, characterized by a Mediterranean climate, calcareous-clay soils and strong sunshine, which allows the full ripening of the aromatic varieties while maintaining freshness.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in order to preserve the varietal aroma. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, mainly in stainless steel tanks, to highlight the purity, fruity character and elegance of Viognier.

Intense and seductive nose with notes of apricot, peach and white flowers, complemented by delicate nuances of citrus peel.
