Wyborowa S.A. – Wyborowa Vodka – one of the oldest and most recognizable Polish vodkas, produced according to a traditional recipe since 1927. The name “Wyborowa” means “chosen”, which emphasizes the selection of high-quality raw materials and the classic style of distillation in Poland.
Raw material:
Produced from 100% Polish rye, which gives it a softer and slightly sweeter character compared to grain vodkas from other crops.
Distillation and technology:
Multiplely distilled to achieve purity and softness. After distillation, it is filtered and diluted with demineralized water to 40% alcohol content. The production process combines tradition and modern quality control.
Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma:
A clean and neutral aroma with subtle grain notes and a slight sweet nuance.
Taste:
A soft and balanced structure with a delicate sweetness from the rye. A clean, smooth and slightly warming finish.
