Varietals: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Côte de Provence region, with soils that are mainly calcareous and sandy, providing excellent drainage. The climate is Mediterranean, with warm summers and cool evenings, which creates optimal conditions for the slow and even ripening of the varieties.
Vinification: The grapes undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine does not undergo aging in oak barrels to preserve the freshness and fruity character of the variety.
