Description

Staro Oryahovo Winery is a family winery founded in 2010 near Varna. It works with small batches of grapes and focuses on an expressive, clean style without unnecessary processing.

Variety: Pinot Noir

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Danube Plain near Varna, at 130–160m above sea level, on gray-forest soils, alkaline, rich in clay and calcium. The climate is temperate, with warm days and cool nights - excellent conditions for the development of elegant aromas.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, cooled and carefully pressed. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel to preserve the subtle varietal aroma and freshness. The wine is not aged in oak.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Beautiful Provencal pale pink with orange hues.
Aroma: Delicate nose with notes of strawberry and white peach.
Taste: Elegant, fresh and crystal body with pleasant fruity accents and subtle mineral nuances.

Food pairing: Suitable for pasta, fish and chicken with cream sauce, as well as baked vegetables, omelette or soufflé.

Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: To be consumed young, preserving freshness within 1–2 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
