Varieties: Mourvèdre, Grenache
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Gorno Botevo region, located in the southern part of Bulgaria, with soils that are mainly sandy-clay and limestone, providing good drainage. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing Mourvèdre and Grenache.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: Light pink with peach and purple hues.
Aroma: Fresh and intense, with notes of raspberries, strawberries and slight citrus accents.
Taste: Light body with balanced acidity, which gives the wine a refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense with a pleasant and long aftertaste.
Food pairings: Suitable for salads, seafood, pasta with light sauce, fish dishes and white rind cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 2 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 1–2 years after harvest.
