Tasting description: beautiful salmon-hued color with ruby ​​undertones. Complex aromas of red fruits mixed with the spiciness of red pepper and notes of ripe grapefruit. The body is voluminous and fresh with delicate citrus and in particular the red grapefruit, white peaches and Cherries Juicy finish with a fresh buttercream feel.

Suitable food: on its own or in combination with vegetable dishes - ratatouille, lean casserole, barbecued meats, salmon, medium-ripened cheeses.
