Variety: 100% Grenache
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the region of southern Bulgaria, where the soils are mainly clay and limestone, with good drainage. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates ideal conditions for growing Grenache, preserving the freshness and aroma of the wine.
Vinification: grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks
