Paradiso Mediterraneo is a rosé wine inspired by the Mediterranean style and the lightness of southern France, combining freshness, fruity purity and elegance. Made entirely from Grenache Noir, the wine highlights the varietal character and the sunny radiance of the region.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in a Mediterranean climate with many sunny days and a cooling maritime influence. The soils contribute to good drainage and preservation of freshness in the grapes.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with a short maceration to achieve a delicate pink color. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the aromatic freshness and fruit profile.
