Description

Minkov Brothers Winery – a boutique family winemaking company in the Karnobat region, with its own vineyard in the Thracian Lowland. A Le Photographe series has been created, which combines the art of wine and photography in one.

Terroir
The vineyards are located in the Thracian Lowland, near Karnobat, in an area with cinnamon-forest soils and a temperate continental climate with a Black Sea influence. The altitude is about 350m.

Vinification
Hand picking of grapes. Minimal contact with the skins is used to achieve a pale, delicate color, and subsequent careful filtration preserves the purity and transparency of the flavor profile.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: Delicate and fresh, dominated by nuances of wild strawberry, light minerality and a feeling of cold stone.

Taste: Light body with a fine structure, pleasantly fresh
Suitable pairings: appetizers with caviar, stuffed mushrooms with bacon and cheese, aromatic bread with herbs and parmesan; exotic salads (with apples, avocado, seafood or chicken); ocean fish and white meats with slightly sweeter nuances of dried fruits.

Serving temperature
8–10°C – emphasizes the freshness and tones of the fruits and minerality.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
