Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Thracian Lowlands, with soils that are predominantly sandy-clay and limestone, providing good drainage. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer months and cool nights, which creates optimal conditions for growing the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. The wine is not aged in oak barrels to preserve freshness and fruity aromas.

Taste: Light body with balanced acidity, which gives the wine a refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense, with a pleasant and long aftertaste.

Aging potential: Up to 2 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 1–2 years after harvest.
