Grape varieties: Melniksha Vine
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the region of Southern Bulgaria, with soils that are mainly clay and limestone, providing excellent drainage. The climate is continental-Mediterranean, with hot summer days and cool evenings, which creates ideal conditions for the slow ripening of the varieties.
Vinification: The grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging is short in order to preserve the freshness and fruity character of the wine.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Delicate pink with coral hues.
Aroma: Fresh and fruity, with hints of raspberries, strawberries and citrus.
Taste: Light to medium body with well-balanced acidity, giving a crisp and refreshing structure. The taste is fruity and intense with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Food pairings: Suitable for fresh salads, fish dishes, pasta with light sauce, roast chicken with lemon and herbs.
Serving temperature: 8°–10°C
Aging potential: Up to 2 years, the wine will retain its freshness for the first 2 years after harvest.
