Gato Negro RoseVariety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Origin: San Pedro's own vineyards located in the Central Valley - Molina Vineyard, VII Region and San Pedro, where large temperature amplitudes are perfect for reaching good phenolic ripeness, and San Miguel Vineyard, where cool afternoons are ideal for fruit freshness. Harvesting: It usually takes place at the beginning of April, at 23°C - 24°C sugar level and an average yield of 12-15 t/ha. Vinification: When entering the cellar, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 6 hours at 10 - 12°C. The must is separated from the skins and decanted at a low temperature (11°C) for 24-48 hours and, already purified, undergoes fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature below 16°C to strengthen and preserve the varietal fresh and fruity character . Characteristics: Vivid pink color, intense fruity aromas of strawberry and plum. The slight acidity in the taste enhances the fresh feeling and perfectly corresponds with the soft, sweet and long finish. Food pairing: Best combined with smoked meats, pork and ham. It is also suitable for Mexican and Taiwanese cuisine. Perfect for aperitif and dessert. Recommended serving temperature – 9 - 11°C

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
