Varietal composition:
A traditional blend for the region, mainly including Grenache, Cinzo and Syrah, selected for freshness and aromatic elegance.
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the hilly parts of the Côte de Provence, with limestone-clay soils and a strong Mediterranean influence. The cool nights contribute to preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of the grapes.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with a short maceration to achieve a delicate pink color. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the fruity character.
