Aged for 29 years in closed barrels before bottling in spring 2024. .
Creative approach: does not use a solera system, but static oxidative aging.
Color: Deep mahogany with reddish hues
Aroma: Intense bouquet, juicy like caramelized stone fruits, with delicate fragrant notes of spices and toast (roasted walnut, vanilla)
Taste: Full and soft, "meloso" - with balanced acidity, caramelized orange peel, vanilla and aromatic, slightly smoky wood
Final: Very long and persistent, remaining with nuances of citrus, sweet-vanilla and oak-smoky traces.
Serving recommendations
Serving: Slightly chilled - 10–12°C (50–54°F)
Pairings: A wonderful companion to foie gras, light desserts, cakes, creamy cheeses or nuts.
