Region and Style
Leonor is a representative of one of the rarest and most mysterious styles of sherry – Palo Cortado, combining the elegance and finesse of Amontillado with the body and structure of Oloroso. Produced in the emblematic city of Jerez de la Frontera, where the climate and the traditional solera system create a unique microclimate for aging.
Grapes
100% Palomino (Palomino Fino)
Vinification and aging
After fermentation, the wine is classified as a potential Fino, but due to natural evolution it loses flora and passes into the Palo Cortado style. It is aged for 12 years in American oak barrels using the solera system, giving it depth, complexity and exceptional balance.
