Description

This quality brandy is the second reserve in a series of premium brandies that we have been developing since we created our cellar for aging distillates and brandies. It was created by blending the best barrels with quince distillate, aged between 3 and 5 years. The aging barrels are French oak barrels. The aroma of quince, which has become more mature, with light cognac vanilla notes, is very well preserved. The flavor transformation also reveals sweet roasted quince, marzipan, caramel and a pleasant oaky appearance. The increased alcohol content of 43% warms very pleasantly and shows the character of the brandy."

Varietal composition: Asenitsa and Pazardzhishka apple
Origin: village of Tsalapitsa, Southwestern Bulgaria
Food pairing: very suitable for consumption after a meal as a digestif or plain with a cigar; with food it would be successfully combined with dry appetizers, roasted red meats, soft and smoked cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16 – 18 °C

It is recommended to consume in small tulip-shaped glasses.

It is produced in a limited and numbered series of 1650 bottles.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
