Karabunar Cellar is a Bulgarian winery and distillery located in the village of Karabunar, in the Thracian Lowlands - a region with long-standing traditions in viticulture and brandy production. The region is characterized by a favorable climate and fertile soils, which create excellent conditions for growing aromatic grape varieties.
Variety: Red Muscat
Origin of raw materials: The grapes are grown in vineyards in the Karabunar region, where the warm summers and temperate climate allow for the accumulation of rich aromatic potential.
Production technology: After careful selection, the grapes are fermented, and the resulting grape mash is distilled using a traditional method. The distillation is carried out in such a way as to preserve the characteristic varietal aromas and the softness of the drink.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Crystal clear and transparent.
Aroma: Pronounced and fresh – floral notes, typical of Misketa, with nuances of grapes and white flowers.
Taste: Soft and balanced, with a pure grape character and a pleasant, long finish.
Food pairings: Suitable as an aperitif, as well as in combination with salads, Bulgarian appetizers, cheeses and cured meats.
