Varietal composition:
85% Glera, 15% Chardonnay
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Valdobbiadene region, part of the DOCG area of Prosecco Superiore. The soils are mainly limestone, and the climate is temperate continental, ideal for growing the Glera variety.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested mechanically and undergo a soft cold press. Secondary fermentation is carried out in an autoclave using the Sharma method for 40 days.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light straw yellow with shine and fine perlation.
Aroma: Delicate and elegant, with notes of acacia blossom, pear and green apple.

Finish: Clean and long-lasting, with a slightly salty finish.
Food pairings:
Ideal with fresh seafood, such as tuna tattoo and fresh shrimp. Also suitable as an aperitif or with light appetizers.
