Varietal composition: Pinot Noir
Location: Produced from vineyards in the area of the village of Mogilovo, in the heart of the Thracian Lowland.
Terroir: Hilly terrain with well-drained soils and a favorable temperate continental climate with warm days and cool nights, which helps preserve the acidity and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Vinification: The wine is produced according to the classic method with secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by aging on the lees to develop complexity, fine perlage and elegant structure. The Extra Brut style emphasizes the natural freshness and purity of the taste.
