New Bloom Winery is distinguished by a modern approach and attention to terroir, combining the freshness of the grapes with innovative techniques for the production of sparkling wines.

Variety: Glera

Terroir: The vineyards are located on well-drained sandy-clay soils, with a temperate continental climate and cool evenings that help preserve the fresh aromas.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, primary fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by a second fermentation using the traditional sparkling wine method.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light yellow with greenish highlights and fine bubbles.
Aroma: Fresh apple and citrus nuances with light floral notes.
Taste: Light body, lively acidity, clean fruit aromas and a refreshing finish.

Food pairings: Suitable for fish salads, seafood pasta, lightly seasoned cheeses and roasted vegetables.

Serving temperature: 6°–8°C
Aging potential: 1–2 years for maximum freshness and fruitiness.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM (delivery to address or on-site service).
Saturday and Sunday: closed.

Monday to Friday: same-day delivery orders will be accepted until 10:00 AM.
For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
