Wine with a frank aroma of grapefruit, peach, elderflower and rose. A light, juicy body with the perfect amount of freshness that balances the aromatic notes of grapefruit, elderberry, peach and rose.

Unfiltered wine from 100% Traminer. The grapes for the wine were picked at the beginning of September from our own vineyard at 250m altitude in the land of the village Tsarev Brod, Shumen. The wine is fermented and developed for 8 months in small stainless steel vessels, for better control. Throughout the development period, the wine is aged on the fine lees, without added preservatives, to continue the processes naturally. The Traminer is bottled unfiltered.

Unfiltered Traminer 2023 is a delicious wine that reveals more of the Tsarev Brod terroir.
