Raymond Huet – a wine estate located in the heart of Bordeaux, France. Created with the expertise and consulting role of world-renowned oenologist Michel Rolland, this wine combines classic Bordeaux elegance with Rolland’s modern style, known for its focus on balance, softness and pure expression of fruit.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on clay-limestone and sandy-gravel soils, typical of Bordeaux. The climate is oceanic, with moderate temperatures and even rainfall, which contributes to the slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes and to balanced acidity and finesse in the wine.
Vinification: The vinification was carried out under the oenological supervision of Michel Rolland – with careful selection of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature and subsequent aging in oak barrels (partly new). This combination gives the wine depth, softness and a harmonious balance between fruit and oak.
