Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is an ultra-premium mezcal made from 100% wild-grown Cenizo agave, native to the semi-arid highlands of Durango in northern Mexico. The region’s mineral-rich soils and spring waters give the drink a complex, smoky-earthy character with a distinct personality.
The agave is hand-picked and slow-roasted in traditional underground kilns, which develops the sweetness and depth of flavor. It is then ground, fermented, and distilled using traditional methods that preserve the purity and authentic character of the distillate.
