Jabalí, considered the most exotic of all mezcals, thrives in the mezcal fields of Oaxaca. Only a select few mezcal masters, including José Santiago, possess the expertise to manage Jabalí's complex distillation process. Named after the wild boar, Jabalí's challenging character, expressed in foam production and lower sugar content, requires three to four distillations. Santiago's craftsmanship and the knowledge of his ancestors merge to create a mezcal that embodies tradition and experience.
Distilled 3 times and aged between 10 and 15 years.

The aroma is distinguished by herbal notes, with a subtle hint of smoky bacon. On the palate, the mezcal unfolds with complex notes of slate, mint, caramel and oriental spices, all harmonized with a mineral nuance.

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
