Colour: amber honey
Nose: dried fruit and caramel with rich candied citrus zest, ginger with hints of nutmeg
Taste: rich flavours of raisins, raisin and dried apricots with hints of molasses, caramel, vanilla and ginger, balanced by toasted woody spices and baked apple
