Description

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

100% Chardonnay with an average vine age of 28 years, using only the fruit of a single harvest. 15% of the base wine is fermented in used oak barrels, the rest in concrete vessels. Minimum 36 months of aging on the lees in the bottle and at least another 3 months after disgorging. The style is brut, with the dosage not exceeding 7 g/l.

Straw yellow in color with golden highlights. The nose is elegant and intense, with aromatic notes of honey, banana and baker's yeast, enriched with nuances of vanilla. The taste is full-bodied, with velvety mousse and a slight sweetness, reminiscent of the softness of silk. A generous and long finish envelops the palate and captivates with contrasting flavors, in which tropical fruits, honey and floral notes are intertwined.

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
