Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
Terroir: The vineyards are located near the village of Elenovo, on limestone-clay soils with good drainage. The temperate continental climate, with long and warm summers and cool nights, favors the balance between aromatic ripeness and freshness.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at a controlled temperature. After blending, the wine is aged in oak barrels, which gives it a harmonious structure and depth.
Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep ruby with violet highlights.
Aroma: Complex nose with nuances of black cherry, ripe plum, chocolate and spices.
Taste: Medium to full-bodied, velvety tannins, fruity depth and a long, warm finish with hints of vanilla and oak.
Food pairings: Excellent with beef steak, roast lamb, pasta with meat sauce or mature cheeses.
