Producer: Angel’s Estate Winery (Eastern Thracian Lowland region, Bulgaria)
A family winery with a long tradition in combining classic and modern winemaking techniques, focused on the terroir character of the wines.

Varietal composition: 100% Syrah
Terroir:
The vineyards are located in the Eastern Thracian Lowland, on sandy-clay soils. The climate is moderately continental with hot summers and cool nights, which favors the ripeness and structure of the grapes.

Vinification:
Hand picking and selection of grapes

Cold maceration at 8°C for maximum extraction of aromas and color components

Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in oak and stainless steel vessels

Malolactic fermentation spontaneously in new French oak barrels

Aging 12 months in new French oak barrels (225 l), controlled humidity and temperature

Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: Intense dark red with violet hues

Aroma: Complex, with nuances of black berries, spices, black pepper, with subtle oak notes

Taste: Full, juicy body, balanced tannins and a long finish with spicy and fruity accents

Food pairing:
Suitable with red meats, game, mature cheeses and spicy dishes.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

Monday to Friday: same-day delivery orders will be accepted until 10:00 AM.
For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
