The wine is produced by the Logodaj Winery.
Logodaj is located in the Struma River Valley, in southwestern Bulgaria. The region has “specific climatic features, bringing it closer to the Mediterranean regions,” according to the Logodaj Winery website.
Fermentation: The grapes (both Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon) ferment in stainless steel (stainless) vessels with a capacity of ~20 m³ at a controlled temperature.
Malolactic fermentation: Takes place after the main fermentation.
Aging:
10 months in French oak barriques
After barriques: blending, bottling and additional bottle aging for about 3 months before being released on the market.
