The red wine Château Grand Renom Bordeaux Supérieur 2021 (750 ml) is a classic representative of Bordeaux wines, created by Antoine Moueix, which combines tradition and elegance in a well-structured and harmonious style characteristic of the region.
Dry red wine (Bordeaux Supérieur AOC, France)
Grape composition: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
Location: Produced from a selection of vineyards in the Bordeaux region, France.
Terroir: Varietal composition of clay and limestone, with good drainage and a favorable temperate oceanic climate, which ensures uniform ripening of the grapes and a good balance between fruit and structure.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. This is followed by maceration to extract color and tannins, with part of the wine aging in oak barrels for additional complexity and structure.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of black fruits – blackcurrant, cherry and plum, complemented by subtle spicy and slightly oaky nuances. The taste is well balanced, with medium body, soft tannins and pleasant freshness, leading to an elegant and persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C
