Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Characteristics:
Intense red color with purple highlights. Typical notes of red fruits, well combined with its partial aging in oak barrels for 6 months. Sipping it, first comes the aroma of cherry, followed by ripe fruits and notes of plums. Its aftertaste has a pleasant vanilla finish. Very good endurance with good body.
Food pairings:
Suitable for complex dishes with spicy sauces. Excellently combines with meat such as: game, pork, lamb and seasoned cheeses.
