Description

Matteo Correggio is a small family winery in Piedmont, focused on organic vineyard cultivation and careful processing of the grapes for elegant and pure wines.

Variety: Barbera

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Barbera d’Alba appellation, on hills with calcareous-clay soils, the climate is temperate-continental with cool evenings that favor the development of fresh fruit aromas.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, without oak or minimal aging in large oak vessels to preserve freshness and fruit purity.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep ruby with slight violet reflections.
Aroma: Red fruits, delicate spices and a slight floral nuance.
Taste: Medium body, balanced tannins, fresh fruit nuances and a final clean aftertaste.

Food pairings: Suitable for pasta with meat sauces, mushroom risotto, grilled lamb or medium-aged cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16°–18°C
Aging potential: 3–5 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
