Domaine Fournier Perret et Fiss is a family winery with traditions in the Loire Valley, specializing in the production of elegant wines from classic varieties grown on limestone-flint soils in appellations such as Sancerre and Val de Loire. They work with sustainable practices that highlight the terroir character of the wines.

Variety: Pinot Noir

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Loire Valley, on a combination of limestone and clay with the presence of flint. The temperate climate with cool nights contributes to the slow and even ripening of the grapes, preserving their freshness and aromatic potential.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. A small part of the wine is aged in oak for additional complexity, without dominating the varietal character.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Light ruby with brilliance.
Aroma: Elegant and subtle, with nuances of red cherry, raspberry, dried leaves and a light floral note.
Taste: Fresh, with a silky structure, well-pronounced fruit tones and an elegant spicy finish with delicate tannins.
Food pairing: Recommended with chicken with cream sauce, duck, grilled fish dishes or hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14°–16°C
Aging potential: Up to 4–5 years after harvest

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge. * Free delivery excludes all products from categories: Water, Beer, Bag-in-Box, Soft Drinks.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.

We would like to inform you that, as of 01.10.2025, the working hours of Meik-98 Ltd. will be changed as follows:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 16:30 PM (delivery to address or on-site service).
Saturday and Sunday: closed.

There will also be changes in how we receive your orders and carry out deliveries:

Monday to Friday: same-day delivery orders will be accepted until 10:00 AM.
For customer convenience, orders placed by 3:30 PM can be picked up on the same business day by 4:30 PM from the warehouse of “Meik-98” Ltd. (Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Street).
