The Eastern Thracian lowland is part of the large Southern wine region - the Thracian lowland. It covers the eastern part of the Rhodope collar, part of the Maritsa and Tundzha rivers. Stara Zagora and Chirpan are part of the main wine-growing centers. The region is characterized by well-structured white wines and powerful, full-bodied reds. The grapes are hand-picked, in 15 kg boxes. The plots with the 3 varieties were picked individually to allow each variety to ferment independently, expressing the specifics of the terroir. In the cellar, the grapes are sorted and the bunches are separated from the bunches. Cold maceration follows, for 7-10 days. The process is at a low temperature to extract the aromas and color from the grapes. Fermented in stainless steel vessels

After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is carefully pressed to separate the finished wine from the solids. Intense, dense, violet-ruby color. The nose is subtle with hints of exotic flowers and violets, cocoa and small berries. Full bodied with ripe, velvety tannins, juicy fruit wrapped in dark chocolate. A long, memorable finish. The combination of structure, velvety tannins and length make this wine suitable for pairing effortlessly with any meal.
