Red wine Merlot Cycle 2022 is part of the popular series of the Minkovi Brothers winery - one of the oldest private wineries in Bulgaria, founded in 1875 in the Karnobat region. The winery is known for its modern equipment and innovative approach, while at the same time preserving long-standing traditions in winemaking.

Variety: Merlot

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Karnobat region, on hilly terrain with black earth and clay soils. The climate is temperate continental with long, warm summers and cool nights, which help preserve the freshness and intensity of the aromas in the grapes.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested mechanically at optimal ripeness and undergo delicate fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for a short time in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruity character and softness.

Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: Dominance of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, enhanced by light herbal notes.
Taste: Medium body with soft tannins and velvety texture. The finish is pleasant and juicy, with a hint of spices.

Food pairing: Ideal with beef steak, mushroom risotto or pasta bolognese.

Serving temperature: 16°–18°C

Aging potential: Up to 3 years after harvest

With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
