Via Vinera Karabunar Estate is a contemporary winery that combines modern technology and sustainable practices, creating wines with a distinctive style and balanced character.

Grape variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Terroir: The vineyards are located near the village of Karabunar, on limestone-clay soils with good drainage. The temperate continental climate with warm days and cool nights promotes concentrated aromas and ripe tannins.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and fermented separately at a controlled temperature. After blending, the wine is partially aged in oak barrels to achieve a harmony between freshness and depth.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep ruby with purple hues.
Aroma: Complex nose with accents of black cherry, ripe plum, black pepper and vanilla.
Taste: Medium to full-bodied, well-structured, with soft tannins, fruity and spicy nuances and a long, elegant finish.

Food pairings: Suitable for roast lamb, pasta with meat sauce, pork ribs or mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: 16°–18°C
Aging potential: 3–5 years

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
