Red wine Cuvee 2022 was created by the Minkovi Brothers Winery - one of the oldest modern wineries in Bulgaria, with a history dating back to 1875. Located in the Karnobat region, it combines a traditional approach with innovative winemaking techniques.
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Karnobat region, where clayey-sandy soils with good drainage prevail. The climate is temperate continental with clearly defined seasons, which contribute to the optimal ripening of the grapes and the preservation of their aromatic profile.
Vinification: Each batch of grapes ferments separately in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels, which gives the final blend additional structure and harmony.
Organoleptic characteristics
Aroma: A complex bouquet of red berries, ripe cherry, spices and vanilla.
Taste: Soft, with ripe tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is fruity with a slight oak accent.
Food pairing: Ideal with grilled veal, pasta with tomato sauce or mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16°–18°C
Aging potential: Up to 5 years after harvest
