Terroir:
The grapes come from the Pays d’Oc IGP region, Southern France – an area with a warm Mediterranean climate and diverse soils that allow excellent ripening of Merlot and the formation of soft tannins and a ripe fruit profile.
Vinification:
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the fruit aromas and achieve a soft, harmonious style. The wine is not aggressively aged in oak, which emphasizes the freshness and varietal purity.

Pleasant and fruity nose with dominant notes of ripe cherries, plums and berries, complemented by light spicy nuances.
