Description

Azienda Agricola Monte del Fra is a family winery with a long tradition, focusing on the authenticity of Amarone and the careful aging of its wines.

Grape variety: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara

Terroir: The vineyards are located in the Valpolicella Classico appellation, on clay-limestone soils on hills with a temperate continental climate and cool nights that promote slow ripening of the grapes.

Vinification: The grapes are partially dried to concentrate the sugars, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, followed by aging for 24–36 months in oak barrels for complexity and softness.

Organoleptic characteristics
Color: Deep ruby-red with amber highlights.
Aroma: Rich bouquet of dried red fruits, cherries, spices and light oak nuances.
Taste: Full-bodied, well-structured tannins, sweet nuances of dried fruit and chocolate, long and elegant finish.

Food pairing: Suitable for roast veal, lamb with herbs, mature cheeses or game dishes.

Serving temperature: 16°–18°C
Aging potential: 10–15 years for full development of aroma and structure.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
