Varietal composition: 100% Tamyanka
Terroir: The vineyards are planted on sunny slopes on sandy-clay and slightly stony soils without irrigation. The climate is moderately continental with a strong effect of the Maritsa River and the winds from the Aegean Sea, creating almost Mediterranean conditions
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked, fermented spontaneously by the natural microflora of the vineyards. After wild fermentation of ~1.5 months, the wine is aged for 5 months on the fine lees without cold stabilization

Aroma: Exotic floral and citrus tones – lychee, acacia, quince, white cherry, indriche and honey
Taste: Dense, enveloping, juicy body, well-fresh mineral finish and velvety finish
Food pairings: Suitable for fish dishes with herbal or citrus sauces, seafood, smoked fish, sushi, slightly spicy Asian cuisine or desserts such as lemon tart, nut cheesecake or French nougat with green fig jam
