Organoleptic characteristics
Color:
Pale yellow with greenish hues. Crystal clear and bright, with an appetizing shine.
Aroma:
Fresh, clean and very expressive nose, typical of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire. Notes of elderberry, citrus peel, lime, green apple and guava, combined with grassy tones and fine mineral nuances. The aroma is sophisticated, green, lively and harmoniously structured.
Taste:
A tight, fresh and mineral wine with wonderful acidity. The taste unfolds lime, grapefruit, green apple, white peach and a light herbal touch, characteristic of Touraine. The mineral streak gives length and finesse, and the finish is clean, refreshing and long.
Food pairings:
Perfect with salads, oysters, mussels, white fish, sushi, goat cheeses (classic with the Loire), vegetable tarts and light starters. Excellent also as a stylish aperitif.
