Color:
Pale yellow with greenish hues. Crystal clear, bright and brilliant.
Aroma:
A tight, clean and mineral nose with accents of citrus peel, green apple, white peach and freshly cut grass. The flint notes characteristic of Sancerre stand out clearly, giving depth and freshness. The aroma is sophisticated, elegant and focused mineral.
Taste:
A finely structured, tight and extremely fresh wine. The taste unfolds lime, grapefruit, green apple and white peach, combined with bright minerality and the salty energy characteristic of the great terroir wines from Sancerre. The acidity is lively and precise, and the finish is long, clean, refreshing and elegantly mineral.
Food pairings:
Ideal with oysters, mussels, grilled white fish, salads, goat cheeses (classic with Crottin de Chavignol), sushi, vegetable tarts and light French starters. Also great as a refined aperitif.
