Terroir:
It comes from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, known for its favorable conditions for the Sauvignon Blanc variety. The soils are alluvial, with limestone and clay components, providing good drainage and mineral character. The climate combines the influence of the Adriatic Sea and the Alps, which helps develop intense aromas and preserve fresh acidity.
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, often in the early hours of the day to preserve the aromatic profile. This is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled low temperature in stainless steel tanks. No oak is used to preserve the characteristic freshness and varietal expression of Sauvignon Blanc.
