Monsable Chardonnay 2024 is a refined white wine produced by Maison Terres Fidèles, an established producer from the South of France, whose philosophy is to create wines with a distinct regional character and a modern, elegant style. This Chardonnay comes from the Aude Valley, at the foot of the Pyrenees, where the sunny climate and fresh mountain winds create ideal conditions for growing white grape varieties.
Varietal composition:
100% Chardonnay
Terroir:
The vines are located on calcareous-clay soils typical of the Pays d’Oc IGP (Languedoc-Roussillon) region.
The climate is Mediterranean, with plenty of sunshine and moderate night temperatures, which help preserve the freshness and aromatic potential of the grapes. The la Tramontane wind contributes to the natural strength of the vines and the development of pure, concentrated aromas.
Vinification:
The grapes are picked early in the morning to preserve their freshness. This is followed by gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, which helps to develop pure fruit aromas. A small portion of the wine may be aged in French oak barrels to add volume and a creamy texture without dominating the fruit profile.
