Organoleptic characteristics
Color:
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Crystal clear, bright and very elegant.
Aroma:
Fresh and expressive nose with the typical Sauvignon Blanc notes of elderberry, citrus peel, green apple and fresh nettle. Mineral nuances, white flowers and light tropical accents are also observed. The aroma is multi-layered and precisely structured – typical of high-quality Collio.
Taste:
A clean, fresh and fine mineral wine. The palate unfolds lime, green apple, white peach and grassy tones, supported by the salty minerality characteristic of the region. The acidity is tight and lively, and the finish is long, energetic and very refreshing.
Food pairings:
Ideal for seafood salads, mussels, white fish, goat cheese, vegetable risottos, pasta with herbs, sushi and light starters. Perfect also as an aperitif.
