Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Terroir: The vineyards are located in the eastern zone and the highlands of the Mendoza River, on alluvial soils with good drainage. The climate is continental with hot days and cool nights, which contributes to preserving the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and vinified at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is briefly aged on fine lees, which gives additional texture and complexity.
