The wine is fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature
No oak to preserve the fresh and clean style of the variety
Short aging on fine lees for texture and balance

Pronounced notes of:
Apricot, peach, lemon peel
Floral nuances - white blossom, lilac
Subtle minerality and a hint of petroleum note, characteristic of a good Riesling
Taste
Lively, tight acidity
Dry profile with a clean, mineral structure
Hints of ripe citrus, green apple, white peach
Final: long, refreshing and mineral, with a slight saltiness

White fish with herbal sauces
