Vinification:
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromas. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vessels to preserve the typical fruity character of the variety. The wine is aged for a short time on the fine lees to add volume and structure.

Aroma: Intense bouquet of tropical fruits – passion fruit, grapefruit, lime and freshly cut grass
Taste: Bright, juicy and lively, with an excellent balance between fruity freshness and minerality. The finish is long and citrusy.

An ideal complement to seafood, oysters, citrus-based salads, goat cheese and Asian cuisine.
