Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Organoleptic characteristics:

Color: Brilliant pale gold, with the color of rye straw and sometimes with greenish hues.

Aroma: Notes of white flowers (May, acacia), combined with citrus nuances (lemon, grapefruit) on a mineral base (smoke). Sometimes peach and other white fruits are detected.

Taste: Light and lively wine with well-balanced acidity. A subtle saltiness (iodine) is characteristic, and the freshness, body and length of the taste come together in a harmonious whole. It is best young, within 3 years of bottling.

Food pairings: Ideal with oysters, raw fish and shrimp (both raw and grilled or in sauce), small fried river fish and sardines. It pairs wonderfully with fried eggs, omelettes, goat cheese, and hard and pressed cheeses such as Gouda. Excellent choice for summer salads or as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 8°C as an aperitif; 9–10°C when served with food.

Your order will be delivered via courier.
With our own transport in Sofia, we deliver to the front door of the specified block or house address. We do not enter the building due to security reasons.

For orders over 76.69 € / BGN 150, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries are made only to addresses within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

You can also pick up the ordered products on site from our address: Sofia, Hladilnika district, 13 Filip Kutev Street (see on map).

Delivery time is usually up to five days, and the delivery cost depends on the shipment's weight based on the courier company's rates. Delivery times may vary depending on our agreement with the courier and their schedule, as well as during holiday periods.
